One Vision Housing (OVH), part of The Sovini Group, has unveiled its latest development, Church View, consisting of 47 Rent to Buy apartments in Birkenhead.
After successfully launching its Rent to Buy programme in 2018, Church View in Birkenhead will be OVH’s biggest Rent to Buy development to date.
Featuring 47 two-bedroom apartments complete with two bathrooms, Church View supports OVH’s regeneration agenda by providing much needed housing in the area. The scheme will give future homeowners the opportunity to save for a deposit on a home through the Government backed Rent to Buy scheme.
After being rescued from a developer who went into administration, this development was built to a high specification with modern living in mind by The Sovini Group’s construction arm.
Local councillors Cllr Brian Kenny and Cllr Julie McManus attended the development’s official launch on 2nd March along with Wirral Deputy Civic Mayor George Davies and representatives from Homes England, Wirral Council and Wirral Chamber of Commerce.
Church View is in the heart of Birkenhead, just 12 minutes from Liverpool City Centre by road or train, and is proving to be a popular development with over 150 enquiries received ahead of its first handover in March.
Ian Mitchell, Managing Director of One Vision Housing, said: “We’re delighted to announce the launch of Church View in Birkenhead. This exciting new development is part of our ongoing commitment to build thriving, inclusive communities and will go a long way in helping members of the local community get on the property ladder. The development is one of several underway and planned for One Vision Housing in the Wirral, supporting our growth plans across the City Region.”
