One Vision Housing delivers 43 new homes in St Helens

One Vision Housing (OVH), part of The Sovini Group, is pleased to launch its latest development, Hertford Gardens in St Helens.

Offering 43 homes available through Affordable Rent and Rent to Buy tenures, Hertford Gardens features a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments along with two- and three-bedroom houses.

Forming part of the organisation’s ambitious development plan to build nearly 2,000 homes by 2024, OVH’s Hertford Gardens will provide much needed affordable housing to the area, including opportunities for local families to get onto the property ladder through the Government backed Rent to Buy Scheme.

Rent to Buy allows prospective homeowners to live in a new-build home at approximately 20% below market value for a minimum of five years, giving them time to save for a deposit to buy a home in the future.

Hertford Gardens has been built to a high specification with modern living in mind by MCI Developments.

Ian Mitchell, Managing Director for One Vision Housing, said: “We’re pleased to be bringing 43 new homes to the St Helens area as part of One Vision Housing’s regeneration agenda. These high quality, affordable homes will go a long way in helping to promote our vision to create a thriving, inclusive community at Hertford Gardens.”

One Vision Housing is a Registered Provider of Social Housing, with approximately 13,600 homes across Sefton, Liverpool, Wirral, Cheshire and West Lancashire.
