Rent to Buy allows prospective homeowners to live in a new-build home at approximately 20% below market value for a minimum of five years, giving them time to save for a deposit to buy a home in the future.

Ian Mitchell, Managing Director for One Vision Housing, said: “We’re pleased to have brought nearly 100 new homes to the St Helens area, promoting our vision to create thriving, inclusive communities across the Merseyside region and beyond. Our latest developments have provided the community with a wide variety of housing options in addition to opportunities for local residents to get on the property ladder through Rent to Buy.”

Formed in October 2006 following a successful stock transfer from Sefton MBC, One Vision Housing is a Registered Provider of Social Housing, with over 13,000 homes across Sefton, Liverpool, Wirral, Cheshire and West Lancashire. OVH is part of The Sovini Group, which was formed in 2011.
