Thomas Sinden has been appointed by Clarion Housing Group, the UK’s largest social landlord, to deliver the design and build of 48 apartments alongside a new Lidl supermarket over a new 2.5 storey basement car park.
The development in Caterham, which has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of £17.5m, will deliver new homes for affordable rent comprising a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The site on Croydon Road was once a car garage and has been derelict since the business closed in 1994.
