Poplar Harca appoints Thomas Sinden to Bromley scheme

Thomas Sinden has been appointed by Poplar Harca as contractor to deliver 13 new homes, including a large family dwelling in a single residential block on Bromley High Street, East London.

The infill site at 70-76 Bromley High Street, is currently underused and will provide three affordable/social rented units and 10 intermediate houses as well as private amenity space and large communal garden.

Paul Cooke, New Business Director for Thomas Sinden commented: ”Infill schemes have long been part of London’s housing delivery and are an important element of the solution to the UK’s housing crisis. This new development on Bromley High Street will bring much needed high quality affordable homes to the area and make use of a site that has become redundant.

“We are very pleased to be working with Poplar Harca on this scheme and hope to start on site in the coming months.”

Thomas Sinden was established in 1991 by founding Partners Des Thomas and Graeme Sinden and has earnt the reputation for delivering award winning new build and refurbishment projects throughout London and the South East.
