Leading contractor Thomas Sinden has been successful in securing a place on Islington Council New Build Construction Framework. Lot 2 covers projects with a value of between £5m and £20m including residential, education, health, community and mixed-use schemes.

Successful contractors were required to have experience in new-build refurbishment, repairs and maintenance work across the different sectors to maximise the opportunity for the Council to deliver best value. The bulk of the work procured via the framework will be for residential mixed-tenure new-build projects and could include refurbishment or conversion schemes as part of a combined scheme or on a stand-alone basis.
