Project Flow is Sharman’s full manufacturer’s service delivery mechanism which aims to support specifiers at every stage of the process.
Starting from specification, site survey, condition report, specification design, right through to installation by a Trained Contractor Network and audit and inspection regimes by technical services managers, Project Flow is designed to assure quality for all stakeholders.
The company aims to ensure the highest quality and system performance. This includes working with the installing contractor through an approved process and auditing and inspecting the fitted works on completion prior to authorising the release of the guarantee.
As part of the full service delivery mechanism, Sharmans offers a full project guarantee encompassing all aspects of the system including the components and installation workmanship. This has been introduced to complete the offering to specifiers that includes dedicated technical support for specifiers, access to technical libraries, including NBS and standard specifications, CPDs and comprehensive system training/demonstration programmes for specifiers.
Sharmans managing director, Mark De Rozarieux, said: “The combination of our full project guarantee together with our Project Flow delivery mechanism offers complete peace of mind. The guarantee covers both the material components and the installation workmanship and becomes effective from the date of project ‘sign off’ by our Technical Field Management team and receipt of full payment for the specified works. This is in line with our ongoing commitment to deliver industry leading customer service.”
