Leading partnerships & regeneration business Vistry Partnerships has been selected as one of Homes England’s Strategic Partners, securing a five-year programme of grant funding totalling £83m that will deliver 1,474 affordable homes.
Vistry is the only listed developer of the 31 strategic partners selected by Homes England for delivery of the 2021-26 Affordable Homes Programme. This reflects Vistry’s strong track record of delivering affordable homes in partnership with Homes England, Registered Providers and Local Authorities.
Of the 1,474 additional affordable homes, Vistry will build at least 25% of them using modern methods of construction, deliver construction skills training opportunities and follow national design guide principles. The homes will be built in a full range of affordable tenures, including shared ownership, affordable rent, social rent and rent to buy.
