Teign Housing chooses Civica’s integrated housing solutions to enhance customer service

Teign Housing selects Civica Housing and Asset Management solution to manage property assets and improve customer service for the future. 

Teign Housing, based in Newton Abbot, Devon manages more than 3,600 homes across south Devon, from Dartmoor National Park to the urban centres of Newton Abbot, Teignmouth and Dawlish. Pictured above is the housing association’s Passivhaus scheme in Christow.

The HA is dedicated to high quality customer service and creating sustainable communities. Via implementing a web-based system with CRM, housing and asset management, Teign will enhance customer service by delivering a complete view of both its customers and their properties. This will enable Teign Housing employees to work both more efficiently and flexibly via mobile devices.

The fully integrated solution will manage a number of areas including: contacts and assets; CRM and communications; rent arrears and void management; repairs, planned maintenance, servicing and inspections; complaints/feedback; and portals for both contractors and tenants.
