Solar Windows will be exhibiting at Housing 2021 and, after nearly 30 years’ successfully supplying PVC-U windows and doors into the social housing refurbishment sector, as well as commercial and new-build developments, the company will be attending as part of the Solar Group.
Solar Windows will be showing Fire Doors by Solar, the Warden timber fire door, WarmCore hybrid aluminium and PVC-U windows and their 70mm window range in both its Traditional and Enhanced configurations. These core products represent a collective expertise in the social housing sector and highlight their ability to offer immediate solutions to address the requirements of the Future Homes Standard. However, for customers and visitors, Housing 2021 also presents an important opportunity to discuss the wider group, which includes Solar Norvik, Solar Calibre Doors and Interframe.
Solar Group operates from 12 sites across the UK, employing over 250 people, fabricating, supplying and installing window and door products for social housing providers and local authorities and for new-build developers, trade and commercial installers.
Carl Lewis, Managing Director of Solar Windows Ltd, said: “One of the great strengths of the business is the Group’s extensive supply chain and its capability to service its customers, with access to materials, production and distribution across the UK. This is a great benefit for customers, not least because of the supply and distribution problems the industry has faced with the double whammy of Covid and Brexit. Instead, we provide everything they require, in one place, achieving a one-stop-shop experience.”
Solar Windows will be on Stand D36, 7th – 9th September, at Housing 2021.
