Smart Social Housing is calling on Repairs and Maintenance Managers and Operatives to take a short online survey created to better understand if and/or how they are embracing the Internet of Things (IoT) and home sensor technology.
Home sensor solutions, driven by IoT, are already having a dramatic impact on how social housing is managed and maintained. Remote sensors are improving standards and providing landlords with unprecedented levels of insight into a range of aspects of the home and home environment. These include monitoring the likes of temperature, humidity, lighting, security, smoke and fire alarms and vulnerable tenant welfare.
But how will sensors be utilised to improve the repair and maintenance of social properties?
This short Smart Social Housing online survey has been created to better understand how Repairs and Maintenance Managers and Operatives perceive and wish to deploy sensors.
What do you understand about IoT sensor solutions and how they can improve housing repairs and maintenance across your domestic stock? Perhaps you are already installing IoT solutions in your properties? Or maybe you are confused about what technology is right for you? Regardless of your level of understanding, Smart Social Housing wants to hear from you.
