Catalyst has recruited Argiri Papathos as the housing association’s new Director of Governance and Compliance.
In her new role, Argiri will ensure the organisation delivers its core business activities and continues to provide quality services to its customers and new affordable housing across London and the South East. Her role will also ensure that Catalyst maintains strict compliance with housing regulation and legislation. She will report into Sarah Thomas, Catalyst’s Chief Operating Officer.

Argiri said: “I am so pleased to have joined Catalyst, I’ve already been made to feel so welcome and part of the team. Catalyst has an excellent reputation for setting the highest standards and its strong commitment to its values and its social purpose, and I’m proud to be part of that.”
Sarah Thomas, Chief Operating Officer, commented: “Argiri is an excellent governance professional with a passion for housing and making sure things are done I’m delighted to have her as part of the Catalyst team and look forward to working with her.”
