Declared a resounding success in terms of concept and execution, after picking up the award for Building Performance Pioneer, the judge’s decision was unanimous and the team behind this ground-breaking innovation punched the air in celebration when picking up the ultimate ‘Winner of Winners’ trophy.
Designed and developed by VOLUMETRIC — a specialist manufacturer of custom-built homeless solutions — Modulhaus accommodation units are delivered to exceptional standard and fully equipped, arriving 100% complete, ready for simple site connection and commissioning. LABC Assured and futureproofed for Building Regulation changes, solution provides a 60-year design-life (BOPAS Certified) and outstanding functional performance (in terms of acoustics, thermal, fire and robustness) and superior finish quality.

Attracting more than 200 entries, the Offsite Awards took place at Offsite Expo in September and was a major coming together of the industry where over 400 guests gathered to celebrate groundbreaking achievements and the pioneers who are developing radical new offsite technologies, innovative product developments and landmark projects using factory-based methods.
