Yorkshire Housing extends contract with Travis Perkins Managed Services for a further three years

Yorkshire Housing has extended its partnership with Travis Perkins Managed Services for a further three years, in a contract worth up to £7m per annum.

The housing association will work with Travis Perkins Managed Services for the procurement and supply of building maintenance materials and services to it’s RAID (Repairs and Investment Delivery) teams.

The contract will supply plumbing and heating materials, gas spares, building and general materials, aids and adaptations, electrical materials and tool and plant hire to deliver repairs and maintenance across their Yorkshire Housing properties.

Travis Perkins Managed Services are a leading UK supply chain and procurement solutions partner to the repairs and maintenance sector, delivering efficiency through quality, at an affordable price.
