Three Sixty expands further as the company moves into new-builds and maintenance

Three Sixty, which is led by social-impact and gives a chunk of its profits back to community projects, is pushing ahead with long-term expansion plans by building its first new-build properties and taking on all maintenance work for the properties within Stockport Homes’ portfolio.

Three Sixty already offered many construction services including alterations, upgrade, improvement works, refurbishments and much more – the latest expansion into maintenance and new-build residential properties, sees the company offering a full ‘360 degrees’ construction output, living up to its brand name.

The company said it hopes to take advantage of an increased demand for construction companies that offer true social value — developers, investors and local authorities know that Three Sixty will offer an exemplary service while boosting the community around the properties it works within.

Three Sixty’s new-build projects are for affordable residential homes in Stockport, delivered in partnership with Homes England. Now, the company will be searching for more public and private partnerships.

David Wright, Chair of the Board of Three Sixty said: “The expansion of our construction and maintenance services will allow us to help more tenants throughout Stockport and Greater Manchester with our high standard of work. As we continue to develop, we will always still strive to put customers first, ensuring we exceed expectations and become a valued partner to everyone we work with.”
