Clarion Housing Group celebrated the completion of homes at its Windsor Close development, a social housing scheme providing 43 new modern homes for social rent in Borehamwood. The completion of the final phase of the project was celebrated by an event attended by local stakeholders including the Leader of Hertsmere Council, Cllr Jeremy Newmark, and Cabinet Member for Housing and Housing Development, Cllr Alan Matthews, along with senior teams from Hertsmere Council, Clarion, and Bugler.
The completion of the new Windsor Close homes is an important milestone for addressing the demand for affordable housing in the area. Replacing 39 derelict properties, the development delivers a range of 3-bedroom houses, and one- and two-bedroom apartments for local families. As one of the largest housing associations in Hertsmere, Clarion continues to demonstrate its commitment to delivering homes for local communities.
