Riverside chooses Capita’s One to future-proof growth

Riverside, a leading provider of social housing, has selected Capita’s One housing management system to support increased demand for homes in the UK.

Part of Riverside’s transformation plan, One will help improve service delivery and increase efficiency across the organisation, which operates across more than 160 local authorities and manages over 52,000 homes.

By providing a 360° view of Riverside’s customers and properties, staff will be able to make better informed decisions about where to focus resources to support residents. Automation of day-to-day processes will free up staff to focus on providing the very best service to customers. The system will also provide a complete, fully-integrated solution to support asset management and Riverside’s property development strategy.

Carol Matthews, Chief Executive of Riverside, said: “Our vision is to transform lives and revitalise neighbourhoods. To help us achieve this, we’re increasing the number of homes available, and therefore maximising our income is key. With Capita’s One housing management system, we have a robust and efficient solution which will help us drive down costs and deliver increased return on investment. It helps further our aim of always putting our customers first, enabling us to provide them with excellent services and freeing up our staff to focus on what they are really good at, which is supporting our customers to build the right foundations for the future.”

Anthony Singleton, Managing Director of Capita One’s software solutions, added: “Our partnership with Riverside will help the organisation future-proof its growth and deliver the very best service for years to come. This is one of many successful migrations we’ve made and we continue to be committed to ensuring our technology meets the changing needs of housing organisations as they strive to make the best use of their resources and support customers to have happy, healthy lives in high-quality homes.”
