Rangemaster and Leisure Sinks confirm Housing 2025 line-up

Rangemaster and its sister brand Leisure Sinks will present a programme of robust, cost-effective kitchen sinks and taps for social housing and built-to-rent projects at Housing 2025.

On stand F46, the three-day showcase will also highlight the new Rapid Fit Plumb Kit from Leisure Sinks and a core selection of stainless steel sink models that balance entry-level pricing with proven longevity. Rapid Fit is a factory-assembled, telescopic waste plumbing kit that clips straight onto British Standard pipework. By elininating onsite cutting and sealing, the system can reduce under-sink fitting time by up to 75% — a clear win for maintenance teams working across multiple properties.

The stand will also feature stainless steel sink models most commonly specified for high-traffic kitchens, backed by large UK stock holdings and an express drop-ship service that tightens void turnaround times. A small selection of Rangemaster granite-composite and fire-clay ceramic sinks will illustrate upgrade pathways for premium plots within mixed-tenure developments.

“Housing providers need fixtures that shrug off daily wear without blowing the budget,” said Jennifer Townsend, Product Marketing Manager at Rangemaster and Leisure Sinks. “Because we manufacture in Britain and hold stock locally, we can supply robust, entry-priced sinks with the short lead times contractors reply on. Rapid Fit adds another layer of value by slashing installation and maintenance hours.”
