As part of an innovative and wide-ranging new Installation and Repair agreement, Procure Plus has appointed a broad range of specialist companies to work with social housing providers across the whole of the UK, including regional and national lots.
Operating on a substantial scale, the partnership will utilise the appointed contractors in offering extensive installation and repair services. This will include specialists in kitchens, bathrooms, heating, adaptations, electrical, roofing, environmental and estate, windows and doors, low-rise insulation, whole house projects, minor and major repair works to whole properties, commercial heating, and painting and pre-paint repair works.
