Over 100 commissions achieved for new consultancy framework so far in 2021

Since the launch of SCAPE Consultancy at the beginning of the year, Perfect Circle has been commissioned to deliver more than 100 built environment and infrastructure projects for the public sector.

The property, construction and infrastructure consultancy was awarded the Built Environment and Infrastructure lots on the SCAPE Consultancy framework for England, Wales and Northern Ireland at the beginning of 2021, a direct award framework designed to drive collaboration, speed and efficiency, time and cost savings.

Perfect Circle, which was established in 2016, has delivered in excess of £52m in social value through its project commissions over the past five years. Since January 2021 to date, more than £4.4m of social value has been generated from local spend and SMEs on its supply chain.

Victoria Brambini, Managing Director of Perfect Circle, said: “We are delighted that since January, we have been officially appointed on more than 100 commissions, ranging from flood projection schemes to rapid transit systems, to built environment developments such as a new performing and production digital arts facility for North Kent College and transformative infrastructure projects like the Northumberland Line upgrade.

“We are focused on unleashing opportunities for SMEs as part of our diverse and extensive supply chain by giving them a route to market, as well as promoting financial resilience with our 19-day payment terms.”

Perfect Circle has continued to strengthen its supply chain through the engagement of preferred partners, bolstering its mission to deliver procurement value by connecting the public sector and its projects to the best talent and integrated team.

Industry-leading firms Stantec, WT Partnership, Tony Gee, Hollis and Jacobs have joined the Perfect Circle “PrimeCore” team – delivering project management and quantity surveying services to accelerate growth and service excellence to more than 300 public sector organisations.

They add to the consultancy’s already substantial market of approved suppliers, with more than 680 supply chain partners creating better integration and collaboration in dynamic service delivery teams. The preferred partners will help to drive the framework into new sectors.

Victoria said: “Our ethos is deep-rooted in partnership, working with, and bringing together, the strongest integrated team to deliver the best services to clients, with embedded creation of community benefits right across the UK.

“This is because we know that effective collaboration not only brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise into the group, but also a collective passion and drive for improvement – making a real difference to clients, communities, employees and supply chain partners.

Mark Robinson, Group Chief Executive at SCAPE, said: “Perfect Circle has delivered some exceptional outcomes for our public sector colleagues – and continues to break new ground aided by a supply chain with unrivalled expertise. SCAPE and Perfect Circle embody a culture of collaboration with clients and suppliers, and this approach creates the perfect position to deliver on the new government procurement bill while also helping to address the climate emergency and meet ambitious net zero targets.”
