Pegasus Group, as a part of Pell Frischmann’s team, has secured a place on the Homes England Development and Regeneration Technical Services (DARTS) Framework, which will run for the next four years. This will replace the existing Multidisciplinary Technical Services Framework and continues Pell Frischmann’s 25+-year relationship with Homes England and its predecessors.
The DARTS framework offers Homes England and partner organisations such as local authorities the opportunity to provide a range of multi-disciplinary services through a variety of planned projects as a part of Homes England’s mission to drive regeneration and housing delivery to create high quality homes and thriving places.
Pegasus Group has been successful in securing a place on Lot 1, leading the provision of a variety of services including: Project & Cost Management, Planning, Masterplanning, Urban Design & Architecture, Environment & Sustainability, Structural & Civil Engineering, Transportation & Traffic and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering. Pegasus Group will be supporting in the delivery of planning, masterplanning, urban design, landscape design and impact, Environmental Impact Assessments, heritage and economics.
