One Vision Housing (OVH), part of The Sovini Group, is delighted to announce its highly anticipated development, Daisy Bank Meadows in Euxton, Chorley is nearing completion, with the show home now open.
OVH teams have worked endlessly to bring the £6.5m project to completion after adapting working practices in response to the coronavirus pandemic. The development is also supported by a £2m grant funding from Homes England, which aids in bringing properties to a new and thriving suburban area.
Built upon the success of their flagship development Blackbird Grange in Walton, Liverpool, Daisy Bank Meadows sees the return of OVH’s working relationship with trusted development partner, Mulbury.
Boasting 51 homes, Daisy Bank Meadows will bring a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses and one-bedroom apartments available through shared ownership and affordable rent to the Euxton area.
Ian Mitchell, Managing Director for One Vision Housing, said: “We’re pleased to see residents moving into our first phase of homes at Daisy Bank Meadows in Euxton, Chorley. Our collection of new energy efficient homes forms part of our plans to be net zero carbon by 2050 and will offer affordable tenures to the area, with opportunities for local residents to get onto the property ladder through shared ownership.”
