Leading national maintenance, compliance, and construction contractor Novus Property Solutions has launched its streamlined market offering, which sees the company define its existing workstreams into three dedicated services: Maintain, Assure and Projects.
The three services are part of a reprioritising and repositioning of the company, spearheaded by recently appointed CEO Steve Davies, who joined the company in July 2021. These newly defined services will be key to achieving the company’s long-term growth ambitions and will allow Novus to shift to a partnership-based approach across all services, helping to increase its client base while maintaining excellent levels of delivery.

Novus has implemented its streamlined service offerings in response to market feedback, with the company developing its existing teams in line with its ambitious plans to expand the business. Alongside its growth targets over the next five years, the contractor continues to grow through operating in ‘The Novus Way’: a set of core company values which act as guiding principles for how colleagues can create a supportive, inclusive and efficient working environment.
Under the new system, the Maintain service will focus on the company’s core activity of property maintenance and refurbishment, primarily within the housing sector. The Assure service brings together capabilities across a range of compliance areas and will provide a full spectrum offering across all areas of passive fire protection, electrical and gas testing – including remedial works.
The Projects service will consolidate the company’s new build and refurbishment offerings, working with clients within the leisure, retail, education, healthcare and housing sectors throughout the Midlands and North West.
