NHMF Frameworx is kick starting the year with the announcement of three new framework agreements for Estate Services, Communal Mechanical & Electrical, and Disability Adaptations. Frameworx is a not-for-profit social housing procurement solution that is committed to investing in social value and communities.
Set up in late 2022 in association with the National Housing Maintenance Forum, Frameworx now has 10 live agreements covering Planned and Responsive Maintenance, Net Zero Works, Passive Fire Works, Consultancy Services, Materials Supply, Heating Services, and most recently, Estate Services, Communal Mechanical & Electrical and Disability Adaptations. Works can be procured through either Direct Award or Mini-Competition, supported every step of the way by the Frameworx team. Anyone that subscribes to the M3NHF Schedule of Rates or are a Contracting Authority in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland can procure through Frameworx.

“Our expanding number of agreements can be procured by anyone that subscribes to the M3NHF Schedule of Rates or are a Contracting Authority in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, via two routes: Direct Award to any approved provider, or Mini-Competition.
“The Estate Services agreement which went live on 1st December 2023 lasts for 48 months and operates under the main CPV code 79993100 for Facilities Management Services with six lots covering Grounds Maintenance, Building and Window Cleaning, Sewage and Drainage Works, Estate Improvements, and EV Charging Facilities, across the UK
“The launch of the Communal Mechanical & Electrical Agreement and the Disability Adaptations Agreement coincides with the annual NHMF Conference on 23rd and 24th January.
“The Communal Mechanical & Electrical Agreement is made up of five lots covering, Active Fire Prevention/Detection, Lifts and Disability Lifting Equipment, Landlords Electrical Installations, Sprinkler Installations, and Water Hygiene and Installations Maintenance, operating under the main CPV code 71315000 – Building services. There are 12 approved providers delivering across the UK.
“The Disability Adaptations Agreement covers all minor and major disability adaptations with 10 providers approved to deliver across the UK under the main CPV code of 45000000 – Construction work.
“2024 will see a further round of new frameworks for Specialist/ Sub-contractor Services incorporating a range of works like groundworks, drainage, damp and mould treatment, and roofing is being developed, as well as Vehicle Supply covering Diesel & Hybrid Commercial & Passenger Vehicles. We will also be expanded the Estate Service agreement with Tranche 2 of Grounds Maintenance & Landscape Services and Building & Window Cleaning, and the Communal Mechanical and Electrical Agreement with lots covering the servicing, maintenance and installation or renewal of Controlled Door Entry, CCTV, Digital TV and Satellite and other Life Support Systems. PIN notices for these will be issued over the coming months.
