Multi-disciplinary contractor Miller Knight has secured a place on Fusion21‘s £800m Building Safety and Compliance Framework.
Appointed to Lot 8, Passive Fire Protection, Miller Knight joins a national roster of suppliers selected to deliver high-quality, safety-critical works — from fire stopping and compartmentation to full-scale passive protection projects — all underpinned by accountability and compliance.
Designed to support organisations navigating the fast-evolving regulatory landscape, the framework offers a compliant route for housing providers and public sector bodies to procure works aligned with the demands of the Building Safety Act 2022.
Known for its delivery across heritage-rich, live environments, including housing, education, healthcare and blue light sectors, Miller Knight’s appointment positions it not only as a trusted delivery partner, but also an enabler, helping clients raise safety standards and embed long-term resilience into the fabric of the UK’s built environment.
Reflecting on the appointment, Matthew Flower, Managing Director at Miller Knight, said: “Like it or not, we’re all part of the scaffolding holding up a new era in building safety. With reforms shaping industry standards, securing a place on this framework is recognition of our proven capability in passive fire protection and our readiness to lead from the front.
“Frameworks like this aren’t just about delivery — they’re about collaboration. We look forward to working shoulder to shoulder with Fusion21 members, helping them meet new standards confidently, effectively and responsibly.”
Peter Beck, Framework Manager at Fusion21 commented: “We are delighted to welcome all of the new suppliers onto Fusion21’s Building Safety & Compliance Framework, including Miller Knight. The tender process was highly competitive and has identified the best suppliers for our members.
“Members accessing this framework will benefit from flexible call-off options, UK-wide coverage, and the option to deliver social value to their communities, aligned to their organisational priorities.”
Backed by a growing fire protection division and specialist in-house teams, Miller Knight continues to support clients in delivering measurable compliance outcomes, futureproofing the built environment, and raising safety standards sector-wide.
