A development of nearly 200 affordable homes in Coventry will bring much needed housing options thanks to a social housing provider.
Platform Housing Group, who are the largest registered provider in the Midlands, are working with Countryside Partnerships on the site at Sphinx Drive in the east of the city where 196 homes are going to be developed. The dwellings will be provided on an affordable rent or shared ownership basis, allowing people most in need to get a place to call home.

The group have maintained their ambitious development plan of starting work on 1,300 homes between April 2023 and March 2024.

We have a strong set of financial foundations that allow us to continue work on developments across the region and adapt to market factors that have caused delays elsewhere in the sector.”
