Neath-based construction company JG Hale Construction received five awards in the 2020 Neath Port Talbot Building Excellence Awards.
The Building Control Awards, which took place at The Towers Hotel and Spa on Friday 6th March, aim to reward good building practice and recognise the very best of Neath Port Talbot’s construction industry. The event was presented by TV’s Ross Harries and sponsored by local business SO Modular.
On the evening, Hale picked up five awards:
• LABC site agent of the year, awarded to Graham Hale.
• Best new LABC partnership, awarded to Jonathan & Julie Hale.
• Best new social housing development, for Golwg Y Dre, Neath.
• Best high-volume new housing, for Poplars Drive, Skewen.
• Best small new housing, for Heol Llwyn Celyn, Caewern.
David Harrhy, Managing Director of Hale Construction, said: “We’re delighted to have come away with such an excellent clutch of awards. Events such as this are important for bringing the industry together and celebrating best practice, and to have our work recognised in this way is a huge boost to us, both as individuals and as a company.
