Ian Williams’ Richard Parry receives RoSPA Influencer of the Year Award, a fitting tribute that marks his retirement, following decades of delivering outstanding health and safety.
Richard Parry, Safety, Health and Environmental Manager at Ian Williams, one of the UK’s largest independently-owned property services companies, will be starting his retirement with a celebration, having been recognised this month as a RoSPA Influencer of The Year. This internationally-recognised award for demonstrating high health and safety standards could not be more timely, as Richard finishes a career with the business spanning over 16 years, during which he has worked hard on processes, systems and behaviours to ensure Ian William’s employees and customers are kept safe.

But in addition to the Health and Safety solutions and improvements he has delivered for us as a business — marked by 13 prestigious RoSPA Gold Awards — Richard has made significant contributions to our market sector as a whole.
