Ian Williams, one of the UK’s largest privately-owned property services companies, has released its Annual Accounts.
Ian Williams Limited is pleased to declare a profit of £1.1m on sales of £104m for the last extended financial year, despite the challenging economic environment created by the Covid-19 pandemic.
This financial performance demonstrates the organisation’s strong financial standing and resilience. This performance is a testament to the adaptability and endeavour of the organisation’s many employees and the continued to support and commitment from its customers.
The year marks a major milestone in the company’s history as it celebrates 75 years of trading. In recognition of this achievement our employees and supply chain partners have undertaken a major fundraising campaign to raise £75,000 for The Trussell Trust, a charity working to stop UK hunger and poverty.
Ian Williams’ Managing Director, Andy Havard (pictured above) commented: “The last year has been difficult for all of us, and we are delighted to return a profit during these unprecedented times. Looking forward, our order book is at record levels and will support strong profitable growth into 2022 and beyond.”
