Higgins appointed to Camden Council £620m framework

Higgins Partnerships has been appointed to the New Build and Regeneration lot on Camden Council’s Construction Framework.

The four year framework is split across seven lots covering new building works, upgrades and repairs, with lot seven, New Build and Regeneration Works valued at £300m.

Steve Leakey, Managing Director of Higgins Partnerships commented: “We are pleased to once again be appointed to the Camden Council framework. This new framework replaces Camden’s Better Homes and Construction Framework which expired earlier this year and we look forward to continuing our successful partnership with the council delivering high quality new build and regeneration projects.”

Councillor Meric Apak, Cabinet member for Better Homes said: “We are very pleased to have the new framework in place and to have secured a wide range of contractors for the delivery of our programmes. We look forward to working with the contractors appointed over the next four years.

Contractors on the wider framework will carry out a range of construction and property work such as building improvements, M&E work, fire safety and redevelopment and repairs and maintenance.
