Golding Homes appoints new Director of Customer Experience

Housing provider Golding Homes has confirmed the appointment of Rachel McFarlane to its Executive Team in the new role of Director of Customer Experience. 

Rachel will join the Maidstone-based organisation in June from Paradigm Housing Association where she is Director of Customers.

Rachel said: “I really like Golding’s local and customer focus and the organisation’s values which align with my own. I’m passionate about the role of social housing delivering excellent services and contributing positively to neighbourhoods and customers’ lives. I’m really excited to join the organisation and work with customers and colleagues to improve services and ensure customers are happy in their homes.”

Rachel has broad experience in customer service and housing management and has also contract managed repairs and maintenance. She’s a great fit for Golding’s values, an asset to our leadership team and will play a critical role in helping us continue our improvement journey.”
