Procurement organisation and social enterprise Fusion21, has announced the suppliers successfully appointed to its national Consultants Framework following a highly competitive tender process — worth up to £120m over a four-year period.
A total of 112 specialist firms — including 80% SMEs — have secured a place on the framework which is expected to support more than 100 projects each year.
Offering 12 lots, it has been developed to meet the needs of a wide range of public sector organisations — including local authorities, housing, education, health, blue light and central government.
The framework covers a broad spectrum of consultancy services, from multidisciplinary to surveying; stock monitoring and appraisal; architectural; environmental; engineering and project management.
Now in its fifth iteration, the framework features four new lots — Building Information Modelling; Fit Out Consultancy; Facilities Management Consultancy and Zero Carbon and Sustainability.

Framework benefits include:
- Flexible approaches to call off without reopening competition – Direct Award (with or without Negotiation) and Single Stage Further Competition
- Procured in line with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Public Contracts Regulations (Scotland) 2015
