Cardo Group has been appointed to 12 lots on Greener Futures Partnership’s (GFP) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), strengthening its role in delivering energy efficiency and decarbonisation upgrades to more than 300,000 homes across the UK.
The three-year DPS, launched in partnership with Contracting Authority Abri and managed by Pretium Frameworks, is split into 32 lots and is designed to help social housing providers cut carbon emissions — making homes warmer and more energy-efficient.
Cardo’s appointment spans a wide range of services and solutions, reflecting its expertise in helping housing providers meet their sustainability goals. The 12 lots cover insulation, heating, lighting, energy storage, and whole-house solutions across the UK.
Running until October 2028, the DPS builds on the work of GFP’s existing frameworks, which since 2023 have helped housing providers across England, Scotland, and Wales reduce emissions and improve the comfort of thousands of homes for residents.
Unlike traditional frameworks, the DPS allows new suppliers to join at any time, ensuring housing providers benefit from the latest technologies and innovations.
Mark Cronly-Dillon, Group Business Development Director at Cardo, said: “Being appointed to 12 lots on Greener Future Partnership’s DPS is a major milestone for Cardo. It gives us the opportunity to deliver cutting-edge, sustainable upgrades at scale — from insulation and heating to glazing — helping thousands of homes on their journey to net zero.
“This appointment is perfectly aligned with our vision to lead the sector in decarbonisation and future-ready housing solutions, and it comes at a critical time as the UK government continues to drive towards net-zero social housing by 2050.”
Looking ahead, Cardo will continue to drive the future of sustainable, energy-efficient homes. This DPS appointment reinforces the group’s commitment to delivering long-term impact for residents, housing providers, and the environment.
