Cardo wins place on £1.5bn Notting Hill Genesis Repairs & Maintenance Framework

Cardo has secured a place on Notting Hill Genesis’ landmark £1.5bn repairs and maintenance framework — a transformational 15-year partnership set to enhance housing quality for thousands of residents across Greater London and the surrounding areas.

One of the largest frameworks in the UK housing sector, it will see Cardo deliver responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and property improvements, underpinned by a shared commitment to safety, quality, and long-term value.

Backed by a projected £600m spend from Notting Hill Genesis, with scope for third-party call-offs bringing the total value close to £900m, the programme represents a major investment in sustainable housing services and innovation in delivery models.

Simon Will, Executive Director at Cardo, commented: “This award reflects the dedication and expertise of our teams. We’re committed to delivering high-quality, responsive maintenance that puts residents first, and we’re excited to bring that ethos to Notting Hill Genesis over the long-term.

“Our approach is built on effective communication, continuous improvement, and a genuine passion for creating safe, comfortable homes. We see this recognition as both a celebration of what we’ve achieved and a motivation to set even higher standards in the years ahead.”

Mobilisation is already underway, with Cardo collaborating with the dedicated teams at Notting Hill Genesis and a handful of delivery partners to maintain quality, improve communication, and keep residents at the heart of service delivery.
