Polymer pipework manufacturer REHAU is set to exhibit at Futurebuild from 7th-9th March, where the company’s next generation district heating shroud will be available to view on-stand.
The shroud, which will be officially launched in Q2 of 2023, will be exhibited alongside REHAU’s full range of district heating solutions at the event, including RAUVITHERM, RAUTHERMEX and PP-R pipework.
Steve Richmond, Head of Marketing & Technical at REHAU Building Solutions, said: “There was a really positive response to our showing at Futurebuild last year, which is why we’ve signed on to return for the 2023 edition.
“The highlight of our offering this year will undoubtedly be our new district heating shroud, which is the result of many years’ R&D in the field of district heating. We’ll be offering a hands-on look at the solution on our stand ahead of its launch later this year, so we look forwards to welcoming both old and new visitors alike.”
Steve will be giving a talk titled ‘A Shroud Revolution’ on 8th March between 10:30 and 11:15am in the Innovations in District Energy Sector for 2023 session at the Energy Seminar Theatre, exploring how the new shroud will help usher in a new era of design for contractors and explorers.
Shrouds are a key part of every district heating network, and play an important role in overall heat network performance and reliability.
Steve will be joined on the REHAU stand by various other members of the company’s technical and sales teams, to answer any questions visitors may have about this new technology.
Steve concluded: “Our next generation shroud is the culmination of REHAU innovation, so we can’t wait to finally unveil it at Futurebuild 2023. Customer input is a key part of the development process for all of our products, so we look forward to seeing how our first hands-on visitors receive it at the event.”
